I'm testing the water regarding people's interest in war dec'ing them on a massive scale in order to teach them that A: they aren't actually any good at pvp and B: general harassment to teach them the error of their whiny behavior. If enough people were interested I'd contact a reputable source to hold the isk, and some reputable mercs to take it to MM to teach them how to really fight.

No wardec is actually required--one of the fringe benefits of 0.0 living (in case you've never been). Try it some time if you're after more than a couple highsec ganks. Should be a bit easier to maintain your instruction in how we aren't any good at pvp and the errors of whining if you can keep your spare hundred mil isk in your own pocket... or something .
