Verin Saren	Posted - 2009.07.21 21:09:00 - [1] Eve University has somehow decided that people keep wanting to blow them up since they live in the forge region, and think that if they move to Metropolis (Aldrat) people will be nice and stop declaring war and shooting them. Now is your time to prove them wrong. Show that running away to a different region won't keep them away from pvp. Be ready for freighters full of goodies traveling from Korsiki to Aldrat. If you want to suicide gank a transport ship, thats the route to be on for the next week. If you're bored and in metropolis, declare war. They'll be plenty of new targets coming soon.

Many people have tried decing E-Uni, most have failed. I guess those that keep trying should be commended for their persistence. Also, you haven't given us some elaborate back story, or odd vendetta that we may attribute your motives to. Any particular reason for this? Also, close to the top in a soon to be epic thread. ~ The man who smiles when things go wrong has thought of someone to blame it on.

Actually I think they enjoy it to some degree, since PvP is part of the game, and they have the opportunity to train their members in actual real PvP. I'm sure a lot of the members are ecstatic when they have targets...but...on the other hand, getting dec'd CONSTANTLY is not enjoyable I'm sure. And for the OP, I seriously doubt they're "running" from wardecs, from what it looks like, they like blowing people up stupid enough to dec them.

They will do their famous lock down and all you will get is eve uni blobs of various sizes after you. I speak from experience as my one man corp declared war on Ivy league just to get at them. Yes of course I won my 1 vs 1200 war but it was a torrid week tempered only slightly by my victory

Everything you throw at them is taken as a learning experience, be it a win or a loss. They immerse themselves in pvp every day. While you are spending hours sitting on undocks trying to shoot merlins and rifters they are running and attending workshops, helping each other and learning what eve is really about. It's a public service.. and a nice symbiosis. As far as I know alot of the old Uni-players moved on to do all kinds of PvP. From piracy to 0.0 blobs, etc. All the freaks staying in the nubcorp and/or moving straight to highsec carebear corps however.. they're not really in sync with EVE and could use some suicide gank lessons tbh. - I'd tell you why but then I'll have to kill you. And to kill you I'd have to log in. And to log in I'd have to stop browsing these forums. Both you and me knows that'll never happen.
