Unknown Cosmic Signatures or something else?
2. Which type of scan probes shell i use to locate P****s?
3. Which skills increase chances to find p****s?

Yes, Cosmic Signatures.
Unknowns - Combat sites & Wormholes
RADAR - Hacking
LADAR - Gas clouds + hacking sometimes
Magneto - Salvaging + Archaelogy sometimes
Gravi - Hidden Asteroid Belts

Core Scanner Probe or if you have iskies then Sisters Core Scanner Probe.

Astrometric Triangulation,Astrometric Acquisition, Racial Frigate or Covert Ops for scan strenght.
Also for RADAR sites you want Hacking at least @ lvl 4 (prereq are Science V, Electronic Upgrades V)
For some Magnetometric you will need Salvaging 3 (preferable 4) and Archaeology (Survey V, Science V)
