I'd like to find a group of french speaking fighters cause it's difficult to be a good fighter in fleet battle when all your mates are english speaking on TS .
Are there corps of good pvp ers who are talking french on TS ?

check out section XIII. They PvP alot, and are french.

There are also some small Quebecua groups and otherwise French-Canadian corporations, though I cannot name them off-hand.

Look up COLSUP, they are 100% French speaking in their corporation.

Nemesis would definately be a good choice for you. There large, there all french and all they ever want to do is fight :)
