- perfect lidership
- perfect tengu, loki, legion
- perfect crusers and BC's of amarr, caldari and minmatar (including any t2)
- perect support skills like bio, overheat e.t.c.
- perfect gunnery of focused ship-types, including lvl5 specs (not large)
Extreemaly focused on cruser and BC size ships, absolutely BS virgin |

TY for comment... yes - its strange toon - as i told - it's VERY focused on smal and mid-size ships.
Show me the skill what is "waste" and ill send you 500mil for EACH "waste skill" |

At lvl 5 they are waste -
Corporation management
industry
cyno
Biology
Neurotoxin Recovery
Nanite Control
and leadership skills as for this skills as usual a specialized alt is trained.
Astrometric Acquisition Astrometric Pinpointing Astrometric Rangefinding for this 3 skills you could easily get minmatar and amarr bs for example.
If you would get this skills at lvl 4 you would easily get on the saved sp for example all large weapons and some bs ships or could be trained up to a carrier which would be really much usefull and would make toon much more expensive. |

learn to read - it is waste on lvl 5 when you dont have some other basic skills for such toon like large weapon or bs.
As for your toon i have made a bid cause you asked me - in eve mail i told you that i would think at least a day on buying this toon after that time i saw higher bid in your thread. Moreover your toon sucks and i am not interested even for 21 billion. |

Leadership is not wasted.
Commando ship V and all four racial cruiser V, could make for an awesome leadership pilot in a fleet as it has all the tank skills to fit any of them.

What?
Good titan pilot's have leadership skills.
Alliance FC's normally have to have good leadership.
People taking up squad positions or additional wings have to have leadership skills.
If you want to train to battleships/large guns.. that's literally all you have to train.
The character has no real waste.
Gemblog shows it as worth 27, near 28bill.
For someone wanting a subcap everything it's gold.

Very nice toon, see no "waste", with these skills you can really squeeze the best out of sub BS ships. I wonder if BSs will become a rarity again.
In my eyes this is a ~30b toon, just make sure to let the next owner do the resculpting. |

Mining lvl 1 was never train by me :) I was born having it.
Leadership was trained bcos i was ganglider for a continuous time and had no able for dualbox
Scanner skills - for solo t3 pvp
Cyno - just to ensure i can use ANY frig at any setup to open cyno for CAP alt
Bio, and other booster/overheat skills - no comment - just l2p
Logistics skill - bcos i wanted to undestand logi's life "from 1st person view"
