6 rocket launchers , 2 heavy nosferatu
cap rechargers in medium slots, 1 mwd, 1 web
armor tank it in low.
go close and watch the fireworks

unfortunately, you're screwed for the next 48 hours...
there is a little known "easter egg" in the game of EVE:
"Any character found typing in ALL CAPS on the forums will experience a -92.75% Damage mod applied to all damage types and weapons used by this character for the duration of 48 hours after the incident, as well as all other characters on the same account."
i sure hope you have a Power of 2 account...
there is a fine, but dissasterous line between a fart and a shart. i suggest you make sure which side you want to be on... |

lol guys, CAPS=bad thats true, but I somehow figure this guy doesnt know forum do's and dont's yet.
anyway, when NPCing youve basically got two choices since EW dont work on em: short range or long range.
short range:
+ faster killing unless youve got like uber ranged turret skills
+ fast and easy looting
+ you get hit alot, need to be able to soak LOTS of damage form those NPC's
+ frigs can be a real problem if the spawn exceeds your tanking ability
long range:
+ you dont get hit much by npc's, nearly no risk if done well
+ you have more time to get rid of the frigs befoire the BS get in range to pound on you
- looting is hard, need a standby frig if you want to do lots of looting
- not very suited for missiles since missiles have limited range
So, since youre into Ravens try setting up a heavy shieldtank adapted to the npc type you are hunting (this is essential, EM and thermal hardeners dont cut it against guristas), and use the missiles that hurt those NPC's the most (again essentail if you want to solo heavy BS spawns). Do not underestimate their damage output.
Other then that: 6 siege launchers with torps, maube 1-2 heavy nosfs or use anti-frig stuff in the two remaining highslots. Drones die fast againt cruisers and BS so those dont do as well against NPC inty's anymore since last patch.
