I was wondering if it would be possible to use wh to escape concord's wrath and if so that would be considered an exploit. There is no jump timer but as its an exploit to not get conkorded does this include wh?

Originally it was/is still and exploit.
But reading farther down it seems they fixed that.

Wouldn't matter if it worked or not, evading concord is an exploit regardless of how you do it. Asking this question every time you think you might have a working technique is pointless. If you use it you'll get banned.

Because that's the whole point of highsec: aggression comes at a cost.
You can either pay it in advance in the form of a wardec, or after the fact in the form of losing your ship. Evading this cost is equvalent to skipping the fundamental mechanism that differentiates highsec from the other sec levels — a mechanism that was put there for a reason.
Therefore, shooting stuff in highsec without paying for it is automatically an exploit since you're not adhering to one of the key mechanics of the game.

eve is all about looking for a loophole and exploiting it. Thats where a hell of a lot of eve's mechanics came from. Thats where nano came from, its where the massive passive tanks came from, its where spidertanking, cruise kessies, and all the other overpowered stuff came from, its how alliances lose their name, how scammers make their living. You look for things and while they are there enjoy them.
Until you look for boundaries and push and test them then they cannot truly be set.
That said I got pwned by concord in the face :D

Agree except for one thing... CCP has stated that however you avoid concord is/will always be a bannable exploit.

Im fairly sure evasion of concord is not ban material.
I believe its more of a if concord doesnt blow it up, ccp will.
