I would like to see a Terrordustrial class. Similar to existing battlecruisers, but disguised as industrials.

New ship has to be Lonestars mobile home/caravan thing from Spaceballs.
It could be used as a new shuttle which plays bon jovi to everybody in a 30km radius.
It would be ****ing awesome!!!

Not really. What would a T3 frig add? Inty + AF is the only merging.
Frigs are tacklers, thats it.
Cruisers provide a lot more.

Serious:
T2 salvage ship -- probably destroyer hulled, bonus for TBs and salvagers and maybe cargo space, and toughened up so can be used in the battlefield.
Mobile assembly / refinery plants to give the ability to refine small amounts of ore at poor returns and build small modules and items (i.e. charges, ammo, drones) so can keep up a front line in an offensive.
Not so serious:
Faction destroyers
Faction BCs
More ships from the lesser factions

I'd love to see T2 versions of the mining frigs. Haven't thought of a good use for them though. Maybe being able to precision mine very rare ores out of asteriods?

So you're asking for a Dyson Sphere? An alliance can put it up in their constellation capital, encompassing the whole system. Everytime someone other than an alliance member tries to jump into that system, the pilot receives the following message: "You tried to jump to a stargate inside a dyson sphere. The matter stream containing your ship and yourself was refracted upon impacting the dyson sphere. You have died. Do you wish to create a new character: Yes / No?"

lol thats what i exactly asked for.. maybe not the dyson spehere but "just" a dyson ring for beggining, they can also use magnetically guided sunstorms as a weapon against hostile planets.. err...targets :P (siege mode anyone?)
