Having issues with assets not showing, same for some ships. I can search for the ship in assets and enter it. Pod still shows as background image, but fitting shows current ship. Active ship not showing in the new hangar thingy, and since my mods aint showing up anywhere apart from assets summary (37 items) and "no items" when I expand it. I cannot fit it either.

Now my assets list has locked up and refuses to load if I do a "Station" view. Endless load.....fun....
Edit2:
Ship not showing error comes and goes, assets remain gone even with cache cleared, relogging, etc.

Same foe me, i have all the ships in Amarr disapear, along whit the items i sorted in just 4 containers by category. The ships and items disapear once i enter the station, but reapear as soon as i undock. That is i can see them in the assets window. Dock up and the assets window does not show the ships anymore, and the station does not show the ships, but there is the correct item count in the assets window. So far this has only hapened in amarr, and thankfully i have ships in other stations. Allready tried shift-click, repair tool, cleared cache etc.
edit: i have made a petition and posted a screenshot of it 6 hours ago, no response, going to try starting game in safe mode |

The same here.
I am in station where I know that I have five or more ships; I can't see any other than the one that I am in.
If I go to the Assets window and look then nothing is there. However, if I search for the asset typename, for example, 'Hobgoblin', then I see all the drones IN THAT STATION.
But they don't appear on the Assets list nor in the Inventory. So I can't do anything with them.
So, this means that I can't change ships, load ships or, effectively do anything. |

Some times they show in the assets list, so I contracted them all to myself and then deleted the contract. Now all my stuffs are back :D
Edit: Assets came back to the Assets list (not hangar) after relog. then dissapeared after undock/dock. relogged and then created the contract for myself. No idea if this is a lasting solution. Not going to try to find out right now :P |

i have slaves in a station conteiner, those keep me from contracting the thing to myself, and i cant access it to take the slaves out. it does not work since slaves are illegal in some parts

Having the same issue. Docked up and all hangar items were missing, only my current ship and its cargo load were visible in my hangar. Everything else was missing including several named freight containers I use for sorting mods and minerals, and about a dozen ship ranging from frigates to battleships. Logging out and back in did not fix it.
I have been able to return a few things without using the contract method above:
Freight Container - Search for Container in your asset search right click and "view contents" this made them visible one at a time in my hangar.
Assembled Ships - search for "ship" in assets and view the contents of each assembled ship, this makes each of them visible.
Packaged ships - assembling them makes them visible. For stacks you have to wait for assets to catch up for each ship (approx 5 min).
Individual item stacks I haven't been able to return, may have to use the contract method above, or just sell them.
I hope this gets fixed soon. Very very annoying. |

Same here. Did a couple very valuable courier contracts, they showed up as delivered and I can search for the ships (if I can remember what they are) but they are not showing up in my inventory.
Missing a couple billion in ships and mods and trying to make a move, this is beyond annoying.

received answer to my petition ..... IT IS A BUG ....  .. received 6 step by step of workarounds. I am now moving all toons assets to new home and I hate a fact I have no idea if everything is moved and in order.
well CCPs inabiltty to fix this is showing how new invetory is bugged. And such a design crap should be removed from the game.

It appears no other IP's have accessed your account. It could be a cache issue making you unable to see some of your items. We would recommend that you try clearing your cache and settings. Corrupt cache and settings files can cause ingame items and information to be shown incorrectly or not at all. It can also cause players, ships and items to function improperly.
Follow the following link for information on how to clear your cache folder and, if that doesn't work, your settings. Note that this will delete your overview settings and that you should export them first.

This is a known issue I was told.
The workaround was contracting yourself the items.
I suspect they have messed up ownership ID's somewhat.
And PS: If the game still sucked after 8 years, you wouldnt be playing it. The game is great, the bugs are annoying. Lets get over it together. Want a hug ? |

Not only are all my combats ships missing from the low sec station I trade out of, I shipped in 6 Billion worth of stuff via contracts with Black Frog Logistics today - they successfully delivered but most of items are missing from my inventory and do not show up in assets - WTF!!!
The only way I can see them at all is if I type in the specific item in assets.
EG - I had one combat fitted FN Comet and 4 hulls in station. I also had 10 hulls shipped in via contract but now none of my Navy Comets show up!
This isn't just a minor clitch it's a game breaker when you have untold amounts of isk in assets missing with no way of knowing exactly whats gone or how to get them back - GET THIS SORTED ASAP!!!! |

My items returned after downtime. It would have been nice to get a response by CCP seeing as how +5B ISK disappeared. There is no excuse for errors of this magnitude.

Eve does suck. It just sucks less than the other games that are out there. If CCP had its priorities straight it could be a much better game. Instead of focusing on the numerous technical problems - not to mention player requests - what do they waste development resources on? Missile effects. |

cant see any of my containers, one of them holds 6bil worth of bpo's i cant research now.. :(
I can only see the containers if i search the assets window, but cant access them. assets show 34 items, but can only see my 3 ships, a skill book and the drones i just released from manufactoring.
if i contract the container via asset list, i can do it, even tho its not listed on the contract item page, if i just press next it will be included...
FIX PLEASE! |
