he will be able to fly a hulk in about 2 weeks or so...mining barge is training to 5 as we speak. And as far as the 600m bid..sorry...i have about 300mil into him already...with +3 imp's and skill book costs. Cheapest i will go is 1bil out right but even then its ify.
