But I don't think either of the teams deserves a ban... A forced union in to one fighting entity, like RvB I could understand due to last year though, or just reversing of this ruling tbh.

They admitted that it was approved by a GM and now are excluding HYDRA after giving permission, and it just shows how poor a company CCP is ethically. I am ashamed to be part of an operation that ok's something then punishes people and admits that they did ok it. This is the same company that didnt fire an employee who cheated and was caught. Really a douche move CCP Loss of faith in your ability to be fair, reasonable or just is palpable in the community. You disgust me Escalation is garbage, Banning Hydra after telling them co-training was ok is a douche move, and I have serious questions about competency, ethics and value of CCP's management.

A major alliance felt that they would be able to get past the rules, but when CCP caught them A LOT of people who like hydra and outbreak started whining and crying. Personally I feel that they did provide some entertainment and now that they are out, someone else will have to fill that. But maybe this is a good thing. That just means more room for possible underdogs. We will see how it goes. But I feel that CCP followed what they said To ensure that all Alliances get a fair opportunity to participate we will be checking on team entries and will disqualify teams who we consider to be 'B' or 'C' teams for bigger Alliances. http://community.eveonline.com/en/tournament/rules they didn't follow the rules and CCP dropped the hammer. Maybe next year hydra and outbreak will follow the rules instead of disregarding them. And whether or not it's because CCP or someone is holding a grudge is irrelevant, rules are rules. NO ONE would have complained if these were smaller, lesser known alliances.

I don't think CCP realise that by trying to stop a performance of the (in my opinion horrible) final of AT9, they've managed to make ATX so much worse.
