How do you make story mission for a particular NPC corp ...
Is the story agent have a constelation and he grant you a story mission when you make 15 mission ... or the last one must be made in his fild and in his constelation ?
I know somthing about but you see what i know from my questions 
Anyone ??

If you mission you will be given a storyline mission from the nearest storyline agent once you have completed 16 missions of the same level (ie all alevel 2's)

Once you have done 16 missions at the same level for a corp (e.g. 16 level 4 missions) you will get an eve-mail from a storyline agent in that faction. It will give you the instructions.
You cannot talk to storyline agents until you get the eve-mail referral.
You are not guaranteed to get a storyline mission from the same corp, only the same faction. If you want one from the same corp, make sure you do your final mission for an agent who is (ideally) based in the same station as a storyline agent, this will guarantee that you get one from the same corp. Otherwise you will get a storyline from the closest storyline agent in the same faction. If there is more than one storyline agent the same distance (same number of jumps) it seems to be random which agent will contact you.

Every 16 missions of the same level, from the same faction [not neccessarily the same corp] you will be offered an Important mission giving faction standings boost from the nearest convenient Important agent.
If there is one from the current corp nearby - it will be them, if not - it will be from an agent of the same faction, usually [but not always] in the same constellation.

You can, however, search eve-agents for storyline agents of your corp, and try to find a regular agent for the same corp nearby so that the storylines you get will be for the same corp.
Too much work imo.
