There's nothing more about it you can do outside of running antivurus/malware detection programs on your end, and make sure you are clean. Give it time for your petitions to go through, and don't let trolls snap ya back into this thread.

Running a handful of missions a week (5-6 at most), and I made my first billion that way in a relativly short period. Well im in the middle of getting a new product recovery CD for my laptop but i having to do thro a family members card. Ad the money for said CD has only just gone in so i will have to wait 4 days to use the money then wait for it to get here, mean while both my acounts subscribtion will be up. Then i don't even know what im going to do IF CCP are able to help get my stuff back because chances are until i get my hard drive wiped my accounts are gonna get hacked into again and if some how they do help with this once they wont do it a second time.

Don't worry too much standard policy it seems, is that CCP will ban the account, while they investigate / reslove the hack, then they will reactivate the account, but you will have to do a 'reset password' on account management page... They will at some point ask you to email all your original account info to them, the info you used when you activated the account (real name, email, DOB etc) but the account should be safe until they give it back... NOTE: my account was hacked on 25th, I changed password as soon as I woke for work tha morning, but for some reason, the account was never suspended, even though my alt account, that was hacked at same time, was suspended, and the issue resolved 2 days ago .. go figure ?

I wanna get my character back out to 0.0 :( Zalena, thanks for link to the thread where someone posted about how to remove the .dll Was able to remove it a few days ago but couldn't post as my account was locked, thanks to CCP for sorting it out. Good luck with your account, was able to log in today but all my assets have been sold off. Looking through my transactions there were bargains aplenty to be had.

I think they also took my amarr battlecrusier but all i see on that account is huge amounts of money going out of my toon so im not sure how they got that off me, maybe thy got it twice now who knows. Its just all very sad, not in a happy place atm.
