Over the past couple of weeks TSCBC has been debating whether or not to do this and we have come up with a decision. Goons have 24 hours to give us an invitation into the Goonswarm alliance or we will be forced to take the great region of Delve. We do not want to take sov from the goons because no one likes pos bashing but we will if you do not accept us. I thank you for your time and look forward to fighting with or against you all.
If anyone wishes to ask for my comment on this you may convo me or any one of my directors. Also if anyone from Goonswarm wished to ask me for details feel free to contact me and me only on this matter.

UPDATE: Hopkin has gone missing. The last information I got from him indicated he was in contact with high-level Goon diplomats. Herty has most likely murdered him to stall negotiations and turn our corporation against me. This will not stand.
