Capslock, could you also perhaps change so that the new links tooltip/title/name responds to the site being linked, the URLencoded link shown on hover isn't always the easiest to read out, and tbh having to click the link before I deterine if I want to click it or not is just an extra step.
A small and easy change that I'm sure would save time to pilots that only want to see where the link is linked before clicking...

Needs an option to disable the warning that appears on every link. Maybe a 'don't show me this again' button on it, or an option on the forum settings.

Im not normally a fan of blacklisting the offensive, but, after the past few weeks, im willing to change my views.
IMO, i think the forum guys should find a way to increase logging of posts, see if its possible to narrow down the location of the offending posters by IP address. and blacklist that ip address if no other (legit) posters are coming from that IP. Most ISPs have an abuse department that would enjoy cutting of people who are deliberately spreading harmful software.
If this is already being done to some extent, then... its time to fight fire with fire
