Some of you out there might have (like me) gone to the PSN site during the PSN maintenance and tried to figure out just where the hell you put the key in. Apparently you can't do it on the website, you need a PSN app on your computer or something. don't ask me why.
But now that the PSN is back, it's really quite simple.
Here's how to do it:
Basically, on your Playstation 3, you obviously need to start it up, then go to the PSN vertical menu thingie (XMB? Whatever). Go to Account Management>Redeem Code, and enter the code. After you've put in the code, it will take you directly to the Download screen.
If for some reason you choose not to Download it right away (what? Why not???), you can go back to it at a later time by going to Account Management>Transaction Management>Download List, and select Dust 514: Mordu's Private Trials for download.
At this point you can either stare at the screen obsessively as the % marker slowly rises (recommended if you're REAAAAALLY into mining), or you can select "Download in Background" and do other things while it downloads (I think it might pause if you play a game or go online with any PSN service though?) if you don't want to stare at a screen for an hour.
Now if you'll excuse me, MPT is at 98% and I'm going to stare at the screen obsessively until my cargo hold is full.
Er, MPT finishes Downloading.

I haven't been able to download. Gets to 1% each time then pauses. If I download in background, it says "pending" and doesn't change. Very irritating.
Edit: I think my issue is that while playtv is recording, the downloading is paused. |

That is probably it.
Also, after you finish Downloading, expect an hour longer to patch MPT up to 1.02. This one cannot be background downloaded.
1605 MB, so it's roughly 3 Gigs total. |

Totally... 827mins for the 1.02 patch here.. and thats after an an hour already.. sigh...
To Redeem the code, go into the PSN shop.. top right, little icon > redeem code... |
