This is my set-up for my loki for some exploration. Could go for tech 2 rigs and faction/dead space modules but it depends how much money you have/can afford to lose but i guess as your going tech 3 you should have a decent amount.
I guess if I were to mission run in a Loki (never have, as Rupture, Cane, Mael and Varg are good at this) I would switch out the offensive subsystem for the turret concurrence registry and the engineering subsystem for the power core multiplier and switch the 425's for 650's (for reduced ammo usage and its easier to control range in agent missions). |

You can go arty on a loki, but then you absolutely need the drone sub. (which is then good because you dont need to burn into every target like with 425's.) Shield loki's do better pve wise than armor but know if you get jumped you're a glass cannon. Personally i'd say go with something else for missions if thats what you want to do.
Though it does chew through lvl 1-3's nicely when grinding faction. Once you get to 4's though burning to targets gets to be a pita. |
