Oh my and you were right it is to good to be true ... or is it?
Ive been toying with the idea of getting my game on and perhaps attempting this endeavor, but instead the prospect has always seemed to find itself in the "too hard basket".
Now you might ask why has this changed well short answer is after having seen far to many alliances fall over and die simply because certain individuals ego's where too big to fit on the sovereignty map, or where lead by ppl who had no foresight or planning better yet willingness to share power so that others could help with micromanagement of day-to-day issues that would eventually build up into major ones causing discontent amongst the ranks, which if you haven't worked it out by now leads to the aforementioned falling apart/everyone crying etc etc the list goes on.
I'm looking to have some serious convo's with anyone interested in making some eve history. Whether your a ceo or director or just a normal pilot doing your own thing wanting to be part of something bigger (you know who you are) hit me up, baby...
Now I'm not a power hungry ass-hat ,nor am i interested in petty games im looking for expressions of interest from straight talking ppl who can find their ass with two hands, if you think you fit well go ahead and convo/msg me or post here eitherway there's no harm in trying.

Ok so far I've had two corps come forward expressing interest ingame- but im fairly certain that there must be far people more interested starting something like this.

ok so normal alliance =
 Egotistical , ass-hat leaders that live in a fantasy world
Disillusionment amongst the ranks due to lack of communication from directors
Lack of coordination for industrial and pvp ops
Real issues not getting addressed early , so they grow into large ones
No man love
Alliance coffers sitting idly instead of being put to good use (ie ship replacements etc)
Could quite possibly be mistaken for loving certain npc factions in more then just a role playing capacity
switching allegiances overnight , on the decision of just one man
THISAlliance:
Open door policy for all members should they feel an issue hasn't been properly addressed by directors , so they may take it up with one of the exec's and not have to worry about copping it from others
Proper coordination thru the use of "C" lvl directors - ie each ceo has an alt in the holding corp and is appointed a position based on previous experience or may appoint of one their directors from their own corp instead.
Sub-directors for each primary director so that one person isn't doing everything - ie fixing the lack of coordination for industrial/ pvp ops
CFO is in charge of auditing alliance books - no personal freebies for high ranks from the alliance wallet
No more weak alliance , strong corps = only a strong alliance which guides each corp in a cohesive effort to produce maxium results
Level headed leaders who;ve seen what happends to other alliances
And ill post some more once it comes to mind

OK so ive gotten people asking me about the overall plan/direction so here it is:
Staging out Solitude for the initial phase
Take control of Syndicate region use as next staging point
Insurgency against Delve via Aridia
otherwise if delve is too much for ppl to swallow then we,
Move into Cloud ring smash the area claim sov
tell me thoughts guys or suggests ,still need to draw up an alliance charter for all this so nothing is set in concrete

Sadly this post comes across as
"Join my new idea of an alliance we are better then the rest"
Now how are you better then the rest with only a forum post,Some Dot points about how other alliance's may be run and some idea's behind your wall of thought
On that note,im sure you will struggle on the river,that every other alliance has thus until this day,therfor i dont see how anything can change as to how a normal alliance is ran,and your own alliance is going to be run.
Everything has ups and downs,and it all relies on the memberbase to make things perfect.
Im sorry,but i think you could change alot of the wording,and plead your cause alot better,while not taking the e-peen out the pocket next time and splashing it in others drinks

Sorry Ive reworded it so its clearer as to exactly what I'm proposing, if you look at my UPDATED TOPICit isn't about forming a :conventional: alliance , it is a coalition (aka the resistance) if you like , a movement of like minded individuals in order for them to not have a single form it will make it alot harder for goons to infiltrate , and easier for us to wage insurgency
