Eve University, the biggest non-NPC high sec corp, has recently moved its 1000+ strong corp into Aldrat in Metropolis however the system has no Labs and very limited Manufacturing.
I would like to request Laboratory & Manufacturing slots be added to one or more of the stations and the number of existing manufacturing slots be increased to cater for the new populace that is now inhabiting that area as there home thereby stimulating production, research and the market of the whole area. It may even have the side effect of distributing a portion the unbalanced market share from Jita into Rens or Hek.
This will to the benefit of all pilots who occupy that small corner of the Metropolis region.

I think it's a good idea, but why did you move there without checking first? Seems a bit strange to me to hope on the dev's cooperation in this... -- Read the captain's log at eve.aeonoftime.com The solo player's corporation - Syrkos Technologies |

This is a pointless topic. You don't move to a god forsaken system and then ask the devs to make it good, you investigate before you move.

Spam some POSes, set up labs/assemblies and you'll have that issue fixed all by yourself. Asking CCP to fix it for you is more than just arrogant. -------- Ideas for: Mining

Well another thing is get your factionstandings up enough to put up highsec-pos. But I can imagine how hard that is with all the newbs joining everyday. Next we see another big alliance moving into a system and requesting from the devs to give them more rare ores, cause they just moved and are +1000 members ---------------------------------- None of yet! |

Although I appreciate the work of eve uni, asking for favoritism by CCP is out of the question. Move to a system that fits your needs, if that one doesn't.

Requesting them in just the system you are is kinda selfish...
Better push CCP at looking at the reasons some places in the galaxy are always empty and improve those systems than ask it just for yourself...
Anyway, you pointed out that this space was empty for a reason... Before you get there. -- Fanfest memories : I looked in your eyes And I found the galaxy Now I'm stuck in eve.

I know the comments thus far have been slating but my request is noble, honest and to the benefit of all down in the bottom part of no man's land, at least as far as industry infrastructure is concerned. This is an attempt at balancing out the spread of industry resources and hopefully balancing out the markets in the area too.
This request is not for the Eve University students as they have their own resources but rather for the associated mass that E-Uni attracts due to our numbers and therefore economic demand for services and product that goes with a corp/community of this size. |

Balencing out resorces is not a good plan. Diversity is key, eve needs lush vailes and deserts now maybe some of the deserts could do with more Oil and maybe not but asking for specifics like you have is lauaghable as it in effect gives you an advantage over your competitors and thus would be seen as an abuse of power by CCP (Internal affairs would go have a field day), as has been pointed out it is up to you to do your reserch and select the best place for you and your anxiliery community's, it was your choice to move to to a back water.
