*Reporting from the TES Endeavour û Vice Admiral Light Kominski*
===================================================== For reasons of security, parts of the report have been edited by PIE officials =====================================================
Early in the day, confidential orders for CVA members were received. An anti-pirate operation was to take place later in the day, destination to be revealed at the time. Unfortunately, our Admiral would not be present so it would be up to the next in command to lead the fleet.
The time came upon us and our forces gathered outside of Amarr but then something unexpected happened. Sketchy reports of a large terrorist force were being received. Without a further thought I put aside the orders we had been given and ordered our fleet to prepare for a battle closer to home.
Everyone was ready to defend Amarr to the last ship. How dare the Minmatar terrorists even think of causing death and destruction in Domain? They had to pay and that payment would be in blood.
Even with these thoughts of defeating the Minmatar terrorists, I had concerns. For a time our forces were easily outnumbered but as we made our way to Ashab our numbers grew until we matched the expected enemy fleet.
Kular informed us some of the enemy forces had moved away from the main fleet who where guarding tanoo gate where amax forces had intiated combat earlier. We ourselves prepared to jump in to Ashab and support Kular. Willing him on, we heard he was losing the fight but he bravely stood firm allowing us to have a fix on the position of the enemy. Without hesitation we warped to him to engage the separated force 250 km from the gate. Quickly we dispelled them as the main enemy force looked on.
Amazingly the main enemy force did not warp to their fellow gang mates, which was my main fear.
Thinking some of the infidels warped off to the Tanoo gate orders were given to make best speed there, hoping to cut off any escape. The quick decision and the fast reactions of our forces worked. Some Minmatar forces were trying to escape! Despatching of them we feared some more were moving through Tanoo or would do very shortly.
Not wanting to divide our forces I ordered our forces into Tanoo and we saw immediately a terrorist fleet in system. Knowing the enemy fleet was now divided into two main fleets we put ourselves in a position allowing us to engage either. Our fear though, we both would make for the gate we held.
Our fears were quickly realized and I ordered all our forces to combine and engage one-half of the enemy fleet. As they warped in our forces engaged and a battle ensued. It was clear we had the upper hand as reports of their ships fell under our firepower but I was disappointed the fleet the other side of the gate failed to engage us.
The terrorists were on the run! Now all that was required was to find out what losses the CVA suffered and clean up the remaining Minmatar.
I called out asking for our losses.
Nothing came across my comms system. Giving it a tap I thought something must be wrong, it had to have failed. But no, it proved to be in working order. Again I asked and the report of KularÆs frigate was reported from our initial battle.
ôI know that! What else did we lose?ö I ordered.
The comms unit was again silent. Amazingly we suffered no other losses compared to the Minmatar who lost numerous battleships, cruisers and frigates. Reports coming in suggest 4 to 5 battleships, some cruisers and frigates fell under our lasers.
To have commanded such a fleet made my heart swell with pride. To be Amarrian was truly a gift from God.
Accepting the remaining enemy forces were on the run I ordered our fleet to return to Amarr and stand down, our duty fulfilled. Every pilot in the CVA fleet deserves mention for his or her bravery and commitment in battle. I will not list all their names here but in their hearts they know who they are. Amarr will surely be proud of you!

Praise God . Praise CVA who has done Gods work this night and nights before.
This is the power of Amarr, the power of prayer and the power of years of work and preparation. The Amarrian art of war is a tradition . a tradition we are proud of. The tradition of course is .. winning

A truely glorious victory PIE. I was lucky enough to witness this battle with my own eyes, and it was a sight to see. CVA was slightly outnumbered and still the terrorists ran. My praise to you PIE

A shame you could not destroy the other half of the terrorist fleet, for that would have been an accomplishment.
However, I'm more interested in the AmAx engagement. I'm sure they had great success, far exceeding the capability their numbers would initially indicate. I eagerly await their report. ______

Either you pilots arent able to report their losses, or your communication systems are faulty. Or your propaganda machine cleans facts nicely.

Amarrians are known for their arrogance, but you outdo us all. Replicate the accomplishment then come back and try to lessen the work of others. Your 'history' alone does not entitle you to statements like that - and in the presence Metatron is unfortunately very not-present when it comes to actually *acting* rather than spouting advertisements.

Edited by: Ciar Meara on 04/10/2004 00:28:36 Amax also fought in the main engagement warping into the battle as it was raging, I do not know how well they fared but unconfirmed reports indicate that at least one cruiser was downed by them at that time.
I must admit when I heared that Amax had engaged the terrorist on their own with high value battleships, far outnumbered and quickly outgunned by reinforcing minmatars who just had began to enter amarr via ashab I was impressed. But Amax's bravery and battlelust is wel known.
The cva forces scored practically all of the enemy fleet kills however with only very minimal losses, tally so far reads:
4 Destroyed Cruisers Bellicose Blackbird Caracal Blackbird 4 Destroyed Battleships Typhoon Tempest Raven Typhoon 2 Destroyed Interceptors Stiletto Stiletto 2 Destroyed frigates Rifter Rifter 3 Poddings.
If you think you can better this result Metatron, I suggest you try, Minmatar terrorist do not differentiate which Amarr to kill. For them the only good Amarr is one that would betray his Empire and God to join their misguided crusade.
Other victories for Amarr where scored before and after this battle including a small skirmish in hedion where another interceptor and frigate fell to cva firepower, at the loss of a punisher.

I would wonder what exactly Metaron's issue with PIE is.
They attack the defenders of the empire as if they are somehow inferior... yet they accomplish next to nothing themselves?
If Metaron wishes to support the empire and shield the Amarran people it is free to do so. If it wishes to help the cause of righteousness that is the defence of the Amarr Empire... I would welcome it. However, as Metaron currently seems to be doing very little in regards to the field of defending the Amarr Empire, it has as little right to critizize PIE's endevors as PIE has to critisize whatever Metaron is involved in... if anyone is exactly sure what that entails.
So until metaron is out there fighting alongside the CVA to defend Amarr, or even alongside AMAX in takeing the fight all the way without imperial sanction, they have no room to talk on the subject of how military matters turn out.

God has given Amarr a great victory this day. Again the barbarian terrorists who would deprive us our way of life have been repelled and sent home in pods.
Clearly the superior ships of the CVA (mostly Amarr) along with the superior training of the CVA captains (Amarr education) has again paved the way to victory.
Let the Minmatar know while they may occasionally know a small victory the spirit of Amarr is forever strong. God has blessed our CVA Navy and guides us with his holy hand.

Today was Indeed a great Victory for Amarr. I awoke to find an enemy fleet already holding the system of Ashab. quickly jumping into my Malediction Class Interceptor Elendil IV and set course for Ashab.
intial reports of their fleet at the hedion gate were confirmed true apon my arrival.
I began relaying the information to our fleet in Amarr. two Ravens... A Dominix, at least Two Scorpions A Tempest, Typhoon and another battleship unconfrimed. Aided by at least 3 cruisers and 4 frigates/interceptors
From a variety of corps including, TPRA, SMACK, AWEI, and -MM-. I quickly sped away from the main group drawing out their frigates.
The first victum to Superior Amrrian technology was the breacher of christa Larne. I disposed of her ship and her pod quickly then sped away as 3-4 Bs/cruisers had warped in on me.
By now the Fleet in Amarr was gathered at the Ashab gate, but more important Russo and Flotwell of Amax had warped in and were fighting the much larger fleet. Somehow they managed to escape!
The terrorist again focused on me sending several more ships after me.
This time the Stiletto of Yian was set ablaze with powerful Amarrian lasers. two more BS had warped to engadge me, but this time I did not run. I held within their range for I knew our fleet was warping in to kill them at that moment.
Sadly I was webbed and blown to pieces by several Torpedos, but I at least got to see our fleet warp in befor I left.
Today was most excellent for the Empire Indeed.

Khaldorn walked into the station bar, and was confronted by many of his Matari comrades, sitting gloomily over their drinks. He had heard tale of the battle earlier that evening from his commander... the biggest defeat he had known for the fight since he had joined. He still found it hard to believe, such brave skillfull warriors such as these could be defeated so.
He cursed, for he had lost another Rifter too Russo earlier on, in what stupidity as well - a loss that could have easily been avoided if he had not charged headlong at his adversary... and that had cost him, more than a Rifter, it had cost him being able to help his comrades in the ensuing battle which had cost them all so dearly. He felt ashamed.
Khaldorn approahed the bar, sat between Zool and Maggot and ordered another round.
'Sirs..' he began.
Maggot waved him into silence. "There is nothing to say Khal, as ever, we live, we learn"
The bartender brought over their beers. And Zool request another round of Matari fire water to accompany them.
Khaldorn handed over to Maggot a report. Maggot quickly scanned it. "So, you have everything you need Khal?" "Yes Sir, i believe we do, and some of these pilots sir... You call me crazy!" Khaldorn shook his head.
"Well we will come to that later. For now, we get drunk."
"I'll drink to that sir" -

PIE and AMAX are no longer formally involved with each other. We do not involve them in our planning, and they do not involve us in their planning.
However, since our enemies are the same, it is inevitable that at times we will end up fighting the same terrorist fleet. Especially when your fleet movements are so obvious.
If they want to kill terrorists, I'm certainly not going to stand in their way. Indeed, I wish them luck and God's grace in their future efforts to thwart you and your kind.

if it hadn't been for god's guiding hand and his omnipresent energy your fleet might have struck out hearts with fear. but as the constant safety of god's chosen people is our true goal and highest concern plans were forged to face your mighty fleet! luckily time was on our side and we were able to gather a massive flett of our own and gather enough intel before we set out to free the amarrian system ashab of your "siege".
i salute all the dead of last night engagement and may god have mercy(in your case)on their souls!

well vinknut tbh we don't work together anymore but you need to understand that if you move a fleet of 25 ships through half of empire space it will be observed and so it's no wonder AMAX forces also got to know of your little field trip and attacked you!
and it looks they brought a decent amount of havoc upon you for the limited amount of ships they were employing!

well dendar, first of all there were 3 of us!
and if i hadn't ran into you and alaska in ourapheh omw to yulai to pick up some nice little dark blood stuff i'd have never set my intel working to see what's up. when word reached me of your siege in whatever the system is called i looked for reinforcements to go in and, yes true, join AMAX forces. it was an oportunity and my guts told me to make use of it! mere hours later i was punished hard by my superiors for ignoring direct orders (not to fly with AMAX). therefore i can asure you it won't happen again! my eyes were pointed in thze right direction again by laser surgery.
still i revel in my 2 bs kills of that night and my close escape to dock in onga laters!(a great battle imo, one of the best i've ever been part of!)

Did they? I certainly didn't notice that. All I saw was KahnJohn running away, when your excellent intelligence must have declared the system he was heading to safe.
Quote: and it looks they brought a decent amount of havoc upon you for the limited amount of ships they were employing!
I must have missed that bit too - how can they have caused us havoc when the only shots that were fired were by us on one of them?
I really couldn't give a dog's tonker either way - but if you are not allies then you are going about proving that in a rather strange way. As far as that other weasel is concerned - breaking off from AMAX and joining some nubber 2 person corp that isn't worth wasting a war-slot on is no different to civving.
Still, at least we know not to take you at your word any more, because it's frankly not worth a spit. We already had Russo pegged and we did actually predict that if anyone would break a ceasefire it would be him (either through his baser instincts overruling his brain, or by a lack of communication between PIE and AMAX).
Neither of you have any honour. Which is a shame, as you both had the potential to be worthy and honourable enemies, yet manage to spoil it by one or two ill-thought out actions, a lack of communication and then compound it by gathering weaker and weaker excuses. What next? A note from your mum?

Dendar as my colleagues have already pointed out we do not fly with AMAX anymore in an organised sense.
Neither do engage in planning with them, share any 'official' communications channels or even communicate via our patented Amarrian voice comms system.
That said there are individual links of friendship and camaraderie which extend beyond 'official' links. Despite the official split some PIE pilots will on an individual basis assist AMAX when asked to by their friends.
As others have also pointed out the fact that we are fighting the same enemy will also inevitably mean that PIE and AMAX will be in the sometimes end up in the same systems even if this is no longer coordinated.

Edited by: Rodj Blake on 04/10/2004 13:05:49 VinkNut, you seem to not get what we have been saying.
PIE and AMAX are seperate entities. We have seperate command structures. We have different tactical doctrines. We employ different strategies. We do not inform each other of our military operations.
If you have trouble believing that the forces of terrorism are frequently beaten by PIE and AMAX without co-ordination between the two, then frankly that is your problem, not ours. I suggest you look at your own command structures.
And to question our honour with your own track record is beyond the pale.

Why does this kind of bickering and whimpering have to follow up on each and every announcement by the CVA or PIE?
Stop barking, dogs, and start biting.
There are no joined operations between AmAx and PIE - that's all that can be said about that. I also suggest we let AmAx speak for themselves in the future if they want to add something to a report or topic, maybe that helps to get the message through to the mentally and spiritually challanged.

Viknut, if our victory yesterday left a bad taste in your mouth the taste of ashen not easily swallowed away, if your eyes are red and puffy from crying in your bunk for your lost ships and comrades I understand your lashing out.
It is based on your inablity to best our fleets, our clear superiority and the beginning of your enlightenment! See the truth, that indeed God is with us and you are wrong opposing the Amarr Empire and its servants.
As for Honour we'll keep our own, your opinion of us hardly matters, you are small, insignificant, nothing. We have proven our honour countless times and shall do so again. What amax does is of no concern of us, if they happen to target the same enemy we have, good luck to them! But no support, communication or information is shared between the CVA and Amax forces. If you cannot accept that, you can always refuse to fight, surrender and be saved!

I agree with Tharrn. No other amarrian corporation destroyed so many terrorists than PIE. PIE, Dark Seraph and Imperial Dreams are doing this for more than 1 year. For this work they deserve nothing else but our admiration.

Pah! Let these Amarrian wretches enjoy their victory. They still fail to see why we fight, they believe us to be simple terroists, out to destroy their fabric of society.
We are fighting for the freedom of our people. And we will continue to fight for the freedom of our people, and nothing they can, or will ever, be able to do will stop us doing that. They cannot stop us. They try, oh they try. But we will all fight til our dying breaths to free our brethren from the clutches of the Amarrians.
We need to remember why we fight in the first place. These CVA forces are just a barrier to the freedom of our poeple, and while they mock us now, they have all tasted death at our hands before. They know our conviction, our honour, our strength. And though it may falter from time to time, we will always rise again.
We will always fight. For us, their is no choice.
Heed the words of my commander. Never Give Up! Death to Slavery! Freedom to our people! Freedom! -

If that is the case Vinknut, I recommend you talk to pilots on your side of the fence whom actually know the reasons around my departure from AMAX, and you would also discover my plans for the future are not yet set in stone.
As it is the crap that flies richly from the mouth of yourself, dog, is dragging yourself and SMaK to the same level as you all claimed Russo was degrading to AMAX.
Whilst you talk about "civving out", was it not yourself whom hopped from SMAK to faction corporations whilst you carried out your so called "mission running" and "trading" to avoid hostile fire.
Enough on the subject - speak to your own pilots whom have a clue about circumstances obviously beyond your knowledge.

It is a good report and i would congratulate you on your victory, if it wasnt for the sense of blatant dishonourable actions:
Justinian LZX, former AMAX acting as a constant scout.
The logging off of members and sudden locks by NPC corp chars attempteing you to shoot them en route to Ashab
Actions such as chasing Sivart Ramal to engage 10 jumps away and then being scouted by a former corp he was CEO of.
You had the upper hand totally through use of non CVA folks. Dendar SMaK Enterprises SAS Lieutenant

I'll rise above the expected (come on guys, keep it civil please) baits, and re-iterate my initial point:
I have no problem with PIE and AMAX working together, we all know the reasons behind the original announcement - and I do not take the actions of an individual to be reflective of either that individual (in his saner moments) or prescribe those actions to the rest of his corp mates.
You can be allies with whomever you wish - it just means we know to expect you both to co-operate (at an unofficial level) when faced with underwhelming odds.
Once again, can we please at least attempt to keep it civil?
Thankyou.

No, sorry I wasn't - so I'll ignore the rest of whatever else you posted because I saw some words in there that are clearly the work of an angry/unfocussed mind.
Quote: Whilst you talk about "civving out", was it not yourself whom hopped from SMAK to faction corporations whilst you carried out your so called "mission running" and "trading" to avoid hostile fire.
That's different to using NPC/Alt Corp spies to pinpoint location - and even brag about it in the local chat. I had already lost a significant amount of goods and I needed time to regroup - it was either that or auto-euthanise (no comments, even the expected ones, thanks).
I'm sorry you are so upset, but it really wasn't aimed at you...guilty conscience perhaps?
;)
I don't know the reasons for you leaving AMAX, much less care about you or what you are doing - all I know is that you don't appear as a flashing orange-blob and are therefore occam'd out of my reality. Thanks for your communication though, it really brightened my day.

With regards to your comments about "keeping it civil", I wholeheatedly agree. I've looked through the loyalist posts on this thread, and I can't find any references to, say, weasels or running to mothers. Maybe I should look through your posts too.
Your whole argument here seems to be using a standard Gallente "passive-agressive" strategy. Perhaps you should look to your own attitude before condemning other peoples'.

The people I am referring to know whom they are.
It's actually aggressive reasonableness that I am employing. But from a distance they are easy to confuse.
I literally was just asking for a clarification of the relationship between AMAX and PIE (albeit wrapped up in some fancy clothing) Hardin has let me know where the lines are drawn and that's fine - I now know exactly what to expect.

Again, what amax does is not our concern, we had no contact with them before after or during the battle in any way. The only way we knew they where there was through kular's observation while fighting and watching local. Neither do we have contact with old amax members like justinian.
We didn't use non combat spies, we didn't use non combat personel to get locks, none of all that was done. CVA does not condone such actions and never will, what others do while you cruise through systems with your 25 big fleet is not our concern but is your problem. We sadly cannot coordinate with everyone who might think of locking you once in a while when you hang around at gates. I myself lost a battleship to such a tactic once getting concord to fight for a certain "general splice" who was a member of the PRM corp "universal export" at that time. I did not go crying to your alliance then.
You inablity to accept that this defeat was a clean victory is sad but we we anticipated that certainly some pilots wouldn't be able to cope with it. If you can't stand the battle heat, don't jump into the pod.

I suspect the truth of the matter lies somewhere between the two extremes.
However, if you are going to post to a public GalNet forum you MUST expect this kind of response - especially under the current strained circumstances.
If you can't take a little heat back without resorting to petty insults and posturing then you have my sincere condolences.

Khaldorn, as much as I may disagree with your reasons I respect you as a warrior who puts his life on the line for the cause he is believing in.
I hope we will truely meet on the battlefield to cross swords although it will probably be an uneven battle resulting in the loss of another Rifter unless I happen to be in a frigatte by chance.

To all the Ape whining. No one cares, dont waste your breath. Now that AMAX has no official relations with PIE we can act in any manner we choose. No more crying to daddy Hardin.
We all know you Apes use spies, so if AMAX uses one...one who used to be in our corp (very obvious). So lets not be hypocritical.
AMAX noticed your large force earlier in Pator and went hunting for it on their own. Naturally, though in small numbers, we created much havoc for our size. I still laugh at the fact we engaged a decent sized enemy force in system with the entire enemy fleet, and scored multiple cruiser kills, multiple elite frig kills, and escaped without loss.
I dont keep exact figures, I dont have the patience, but I do know earlier we also nailed a cheetah (this little cat obviously wasnt fast enough) and its precious cloaking device (alot of good that did).
Either way, stop whining, and for the day, AMAX inflicted disproportionate damage on our enemies. I mean that in a good way. By the way, the song I listen to when I kill enemy is Summon the Heroes. I encourage all Amarrians to download it....gets the blood pumping.

Does anyone else find it comical that a rebel slave is complaining about having to fight against a 1-2 man corporation?

I must have missed that bit too - how can they have caused us havoc when the only shots that were fired were by us on one of them?

Still, at least we know not to take you at your word any more, because it's frankly not worth a spit. We already had Russo pegged and we did actually predict that if anyone would break a ceasefire it would be him (either through his baser instincts overruling his brain, or by a lack of communication between PIE and AMAX).
Neither of you have any honour. Which is a shame, as you both had the potential to be worthy and honourable enemies, yet manage to spoil it by one or two ill-thought out actions, a lack of communication and then compound it by gathering weaker and weaker excuses. What next? A note from your mum?

I for one and very proud to be an Amarrian and a member of the honorable PIE corporation. We have stated as our mission in life the defense of our holy Empire and we follow the word of our God. Our quest to eliminate the terrorist infestation from the universe is a holy calling for us. One we do not take lightly.
As a member of the CVA we often fly with Dark Seraph and Imperial Dreams carrying out the Emperors holy work. As we have many common enemies we often find outselves fighting the same people at the same time.
Likewise with AMAX while there are no official ties we have many common enemies. As a result if we come upon an enemy fleet we will engage regardless of who else is attacking them at the time. Likewise I'm sure AMAX would do the same if they came across PIE in battle with a common enemy.
I have only faith in my heart and God as my witness that I go into battle with the terrorists who would deprive my people of the freedom to live their lives as faithful Amarrians. I will do battle for His truth and will gladly die for the empire.
As Ethidum Bromide once said: "If God is with you death is just another way to prove loyalty"
These words are true for all faithful Amarrians as well as the warriors of other races who fight on his behalf. We fight for God and Empire against all enemies. Our quest to enlighten the beasts is ongoing but decreed by holy command. We shall not fail.

*Aodha Khan begins working on his battle report on the attack on AMAX in Pator by Paratwa Ra*
Location : Pator Enemy destroyed: AMAX, Frosty x 2, Russo, Bzkit (3 frigates, 1 cruiser) Paratwa destroyed: 1 frigate
Details : Top Secret
*Aodha smiles knowingly as the comms channel opens up and another battle report from later that night comes in*
*sadness fills his very being as he hears many of his brethren have been shot down in a fleet battle in Amarr. The fire of Cizin begins to flow through him and he slams his fist into his desk. He moves from the communications room into his chambers to meditate on these events.*
*some hours later another incoming battle report*
Location : Tash Murkon Enemy Destroyed : Ciar Meara x 2, Gandthizer, Aralis, SerpentBlade, Pers, Jaketh Ivanes (6 frigates, 1 battleship) Paratwa destroyed: None
What? All killed by an individual Paratwa?
*he makes a note to send his fellow Paratwan a crate of Patorian spiced wine*
Cizins fire flowed through this one with a fury, this night. Seylaaa!
So in war, the way is to avoid what is strong and to strike at what is weak. |

I'll bow to your expertise on what cheese to have, because I have enough private GalNet "communications" from you to fill an entire cellar.

Whatever you say about me vinknut, I have never quit a corp for 10 minutes to run an agent mission, and tried to get enemies to shoot me. I am not a little scumbag like you. And you know your accusations of private convos and whining are total nonsense. Go die.

Grow a backbone and look up the word 'honor', VinkNut. Joining a non-attackable Empire corporation *during combat* barely qualifies as 'regrouping' but simply shows that you lack integrity, dignity, faith in your and your comrades abilities and strength of mind.
An Amarrian would rather face death than show the disgracefull behavior you practice. Show some common sense and listen and learn while the warriors defending their beliefs with honor and pride talk.

And yet another battle report turns into a petty argument. With apologies to those who seem to be showing interest in AmAx progress, this is the primary reason we do not tend to track kills and make press releases. I, for one, have no desire to justify my kills in a public setting when the kill mail from Concord is sitting in my mailbox and a corpse is sitting in my cargo hold.
Other than that, thank you for this news you bring of terrorist misfortune, Vice Admiral Kominski! While not able to be present for this conflict myself, I watched AmAx camera drone footage from after action reports with glee. In true form, my fellow pilots showed staunch determination/blatant stupidity in multiple skirmishes that each should have ended with the entire minnie fleet (which was in system at the time) coming down on our boys. The fleet never showed up, and AmAx had their way with the targets that did present themselves. And got away clean.
And then the large clash involving multiple defenders of the Amarrian way of life that repulsed a sizeable terrorist force. A good day indeed.
The complaints about the questionable relationship between PIE and AmAx are rediculous. If you see either of us in system, be loaded for bear or be running very fast. We are both your enemy: treat us as such. And isolate us when you can. That is a basic strategy.
For the record, while certain individual bonds between PIE and AmAx pilots remain quite strong, there is still bitterness in AmAx pilots' hearts over how we were treated. Do not presume to think there is any "secret alliance" or other such silliness taking place here.

"The complaints about the questionable relationship between PIE and AmAx are rediculous."
"For the record, while certain individual bonds between PIE and AmAx pilots remain quite strong[snip]"
You see, it's this sort of thing that causes confusion.
As to the circumstances under which I left/joined SMaK and a number of other corporations - draw whatever conclusions you like, it doesn't bother me in the slightest - there's only myself and 2 people within SMaK who know the truth...oh, and Hardin as well - I suggest you go ask him before you carry on.

Vinknut,
I'll clear it up for you so its understandable then.
1) PIE has cut off all official relations with AMAX. 2) PIE does not include AMAX in military planning. 3) AMAX does not include PIE in military planning. 4) As PIE and AMAX have many common enemies we sometimes may end up in the same system fighting the same people. 5) This fighting at the same time does not indicate a formal relationship of any kind between the two entities. 6) Any PIE member who is a friend of an AMAX member may of course talk to them on comm channel, say hello, ask about the kids at the Imperial Academy, talk about the terrorists. These are NOT official communications of any kind. 7) PIE does not condone the exploit tactic of leaving a corp in the middle of battle then trying to lure people to shoot you in the same battle after your in an NPC corp. 8) PIE and AMAX do not share ingame chat channels. 9) PIE do not gang with AMAX in battle situations. 10) PIE and AMAX do not share any voice-chat via Ventrillo or any other medium during battle operations.
I hope that clears it up for you Vinknut. I am but a Captain in PIE not a senior director but I'm sure any of them would agree with what I've posted (if not please post a correction). These policies have been laid out in this thread, which started a nice roleplay report of combat, and should be clear.
If you or anyone else have questions of PIE policy toward AMAX or any other corporation I'd suggest starting a new thread in the Corporations forum called "QUESTIONS FOR PIE" so a senior PIE officer can answer them. That way the roleplay posts that people work so hard in will remain simply battlereports and nothing more. I of course will continue to respect the battlereports of all friends and foes and not use them to discuss non-related issues. I would ask that all parties friend and foe agree to the same.
I hope this has been helpful to you.
