As discussed yesterday, the smart investment is in Baguettes, as the cream cheese from the bagel market is being siphoned in that direction.
In other news, I am busy buying Smoked Salmon to replace the cream cheese shortage now occuring in the bagel market.
The smartest investors however, have stockpiled eggs and flour, and will flood whichever market emerges as the strongest in the baked goods industry.

I'm looking for a good deal on well researched baguette BPCs or a BPO.

What? Why would they do this! The margins on supplying eggs and, particularly, flour are massive at the moment. Why on earth would these, so called, smart people ruin the profit margin.... If they wouldn't undercut me by a large amount we could all take massive profits!

I asked one of them, and the answer was something along the lines of "fingers in many pies", however, it was mumbled through a mouthful of bagel crumbs...so I suspect the bagel cartels are busy trying to win the major holders of these items to supply them exclusively.

Commodities are what you want to look into.
Now, what are commodities? Commodities are agricultural products... like coffee that you had for breakfast... wheat, which is used to make bread... pork bellies, which is used to make bacon, which you might find in a 'bacon and lettuce and tomato' sandwich.
And then there are other commodities, like frozen orange juice... and GOLD. Though, of course, gold doesn't grow on trees like oranges. |

I gather that would warrant daytrade in coffee to? I believe price elasticity between these would be high..
