First, best fight I have had.. Amarr Space (0.3)...
Got a Dark Blood (Maller, 500k Bounty), Two Mallers (75k Bounty) and Three Punishers (12k Bounty)..as the spawn..
First, I was like....damm this will be tough...IN a Thorax...
Three 250mm Rails, Two 150 Duals...I had 5 Heavy Drone (various types)...rest the drone space was Light Drones for Frigs....
So, I targeted the Commander Rat...laid into him at about 50Km..and closed to 35 km, so I could drop drones on him...
Out went the heavies and few lights..
Long story short....All them died...20 Percent Armour damage..
Emptied all my drones...all dead...Ran out of Tungsten...last load AM in the guns....and about 40 percent of that load was gone...
The rarity of Commanders are very few....So when they die...Please make them drop loot...anything...doesn't have to some UBER loot....just a named something...Mine just POPPED..dead...NO CAN....I was bit ****ed...then said "oh well"...
Great Fight...Great Bounties...Second Commander I have had since playing.... (4 plus months now)....

KNow the feeling, mainly do missions for agents, and after about 12 times doing this particular mission (doesnt come up that often for me) I get a nice surprise in that the final spawn is a Domination cruiser. Blew it to hell and then on checking the can found just the usual basic junk  Kind of figured that as the ships themselves were rare that they tended to drop better stuff, ah well

try getting 2 Dark Blood Patriarchs 5mil commander, one didnt drop a can and the other dropped normal loot and 20 cruise missiles which is odd for blood raiders....Also a friend got another of the same commander and it dropped no can

Yeah...Mat...I really feel for ya....two BS Commanders and nothing good...
CCP should make their loot drop table a bit diffrent...Like i said previously...don't have to be UBER loot....but some nice would be good....
Does get your heart pumping though
