I have been running missions with an Amarr corp and as a result, my Minmatar Federation standing has slipped to -2.57. I have 6.68 standing with Core Complexion and 4 R&D agents running research for me.
I am now unable to get the agents to give me missions or let me cash in my RPs. It is applying the Minmatar Federation standing across the board to every agent in the corp.
Is this the case permanently? Do I need to run missions with some Minmatar Corp so that I can get my standings up to be able to cash the RPs in?
I could have sworn that previously I was able to cash in my research, despite the standing.

You lose agent access whenever either one of the three personal standings (agent, corp, faction) drops below -2.00 effective.
Train Diplomacy to a higher level or run some storyline missions for "friends of" the target faction.

"If you begin research with an agent from one race (i.e. Gallente agent), then go run missions for a research agent of opposing faction or race (Amarr agent), this may cause your standing with the Gallente agent to fall below the point of being able to use or even interact with the agent. This situtation can lead to your inability to retrieve or cash-in any Research Points you may have accumulated with the Gallente agent!"

Sisters of EVE is usually available for raising Minmatar and Gallente standing. It will of course lower lower Amarr and Caldari slightly.

Word of warning... that faction relationship table maybe a bit out of date. I know at least that the Minmatar Republic / Thukker Tribe relationship is no longer a -2.0. It would be best to double check any faction relationships with the in-game values.
