The other day I was flying around in a rupture, when I realized that this oddly shaped ship could look pretty bad-ass if you were to glue a couple of them together and flip it on it's side, like so: http://img8.imageshack.us/img8/2624/awesomerupture.jpg Of course it would have to be shrunk as well to maintain the cruiser size.
Just a crazy random idea that popped into my head though, doubt such a radical change would be done.

I think that'd make a sweet minny battlecruiser design if its original size was kept. Perhaps pre-Cyclone during the rebellion.

I flew a Rupture for a few days and just could not look at it any more. It looks the the ass-end of an old sailing ship. At least put a Jolly Roger on the side of it!
I like the "double rupture" though.

I always wanted its T2 HAC version to have a couple of sails so it looked like the old pirate sailing ships of yore.

The old classic-graphics Rupture was better IMO, it looked more like a Galleon than the new one. New one is just an oddly shaped piece of rust.
