My current agent is with Imperial Navy.
lvl3, qual 19, effective qual 44.
Are there lvl 20+ agents? or is 19 the best. The only agents higher in the Navy are lvl 4 which of course aren't available to me yet.

According to the EVE .xls thingy they released with R&D agent info, there are no agents with higher than a qual 19 standing - but thats R&D only.
And there are only two agents that are lvl3 qual 19, for those who're interested - Avelelle Aubyrasse from Creodron, and Olonashi Nokka from Lai Dai

According to the EVE .xls thingy they released with R&D agent info, there are no agents with higher than a qual 19 standing - but thats R&D only.
And there are only two agents that are lvl3 qual 19, for those who're interested - Avelelle Aubyrasse from Creodron, and Olonashi Nokka from Lai Dai

The excel sheet does contain information about all agents!
Its just that it is pre filtred for the R&D agents, choose all divisions in the dropdownbox and you'll see alot of lvl3 q19 agents.
