LOL Ok I'm really just wondering if an Osprey is really viable as a shield repping logi ship. I am trying to shy away from 15 days of training for T2 logi ships and also weary of losing a T2 ship over T1. My current fit is as follows:
High 2 Large Remote Shield Rep (Meta 4) 2 75mm Railguns T2 (mainly for KM whoring and heat sinks)
Mids 10mn Afterburner T2 Sensor Booster T2 Cap Recharger T2 Medium Cap Booster with 400 charges(Meta 4)
Lows 3x Cap Recharger
Cap stability is not a huge concern but a fast recharge is nice. I am wondering if a MWD can fit with still having a decent recharge rate.
Any ideas?

My EFT indicates that you have absolutely 0 tank.
This may be offset however by the fact that you plan on using an osprey for pvp.
There are 3 possible outcomes.
1) The enemy notices you're using an osprey and starts laughing so hard that they forget they're supposed to be fighting 2) The enemy notices you're using an osprey hull, thinks you're a logistics and wtfbbqs you 3) the enemy notices you're using an osprey and thinks you're a lost miner and wtfbbqs you

Fit some kind of a buffer.
DO NOT FIRE on the enemy as this will aggress you, You need to be able to dock / jump out through the gate at a moments notice because your paper thin. Being aggressed means you have to wait 1 minute before you can which in turn means your SCREWED if they start shooting at you. --- It's like my mom always said... "I knew I should of drowned that one." |

Well, you pretty much need to do the 15 days of training.
That being said, you'd need a buffer on that thing at least or it'll die in about 2 seconds.

I guess I can elaborate more to the tactics we are employing to help with the discussion. I am workind with at least one other shield logistics ship and we are in a gang of 10 or more roam style ships engaging at most 3 targets at a time. With other logistics and EW support I am not to concerned with getting popped. My main role is to keep our tacklers alive as they burn towards hostiles that are usually at range of gates or celestials. Our enemies are mainly nano HACs with a few recons as support. Any fitting suggestions based on these additions?

I hear that you can ignore all the training and isk for T2 cruisers, and just pvp in a rookie ship - why bother waiting for skillpoints and millions of isk if you're just given an effective pvp ship right off the bat?
Prices adjust. People are willing to pay 20 times as much for T2 than T1 cruisers for a good reason - they're wayyyyy more effective than T1 cruisers.
