I'm pretty sure that the BC stats aren't close to final. AFter all the all have the same cap (850), and all require Amarr ship skills and they have no ship bonuses (unlike the destroyers).
Maybe after the next update they'll be closer to final.

The stats sure as hell aren't final, but we can already see a few things:
Destroyers: -Resistance to damage equivalent to a low end cruiser -Between 5 and 6 weapons for each -grids between 55 and 75, and CPUs between 160 and 212 -Speed of a slow frigate, sig radius of a little cruiser, no infos about mass. -each has a low number of med/low slots (5 total) -each has one 50% bonus to optimal range (or missile velocity) and a second bonus who's standard for the race (laser cap reduction for amarr, tracking bonus for gallente...) -7 millions cost.
Battlecruisers: -can't say much here, because all the infos aside for slot layout and CPU/Grid are obviously placeholders. Ferox (minmatar): 550CPU / 1500 Grid, 6/6/4 layout, 4 turrets / 5 launchers Brutix (gallente): 450CPU / 1400 Grid, 6/4/6 , 6/0 Cyclone (Caldari): 435CPU / 1450 Grid, 7/3/6, 4/3 Prophecy (Amarr): 375CPU/ 1700 Grid, 7/3/7, 6/0
Looking closer, it appear even those are going to change (Cladari BC with less CPU than hte minmatar BC?)

these stats cant be right ... minmatar with most cpu and second best grid ? ... ? and 5 launchers slots while caldari have 3 launcher slots ? according to thouse stats id take the minmatar one over all the others thoue the amarr comes as a close second. minmatar 18 slots gallente 18 slots caldari 16 slots amarr 17 slots and is limited to 6 turret hardpoints with 7 high slots.

Note that it's 50% PER LEVEL .. so 250% total.
And the mass is a little less than 10,000,000.

your totals are a bit off i think.. minmater 16 gallente 16 caldari 16 amarr 17, but one of the highs a utility.
it dos seem very odd that the caldari have so few missile bays, but maybe its a new concept ship thingy.

Originally by: Directive BC are supposed to be inbetween Cruisers and BS... Only reason to pick a BC over a Heavy Assault seems to be the higher armor & pg (allowing for a good passive armor tank), their cap is absolutely crap for something of that "caliber". 850 for Gallente BC? That's barely over 1k with maxed out skills and worse than Thorax (similar slot layout so they're somewhat comparable - 6/4/6 vs 5/3/5). Unless the recharge rate is below 200s without skills or mods, the stats indeed need serious tweaking (which should be forthcoming).
the hp and cap size most likley are going to change seeign as how they are weaker in grid and hp than a heavy assult ship. they seam to be placeholder for now but destroyers seam to be fine also at least half of teh gallentee BC's engeines aren't running ....... adn there are alot. but it is still a bad ass looking ship
so i think they are still balenceing them -------------------------------

i hope your right... what makes you say that? actual evidence, or just hoping that ccp wouldnt be so stupid as to make the minmater have lots of CPU and missile slots?

Well you could compare the pictures on the info and the Shiva page and see which ship belongs to which race, ferox is indeed Caldari and Cyclone is Minmatar.

In the Shiva market, Ferox is listed under Caldari, Cyclone under Minmatar. The pictures correspond with the battlecruiser shots CCP already released. The Ferox has lots of launchers and medslots like a Caldari ship, the Cyclone is slotted more like a Minmatar ship. Cyclone is a Minmatar name, like Tempest and Typhoon (although Ferox sounds more like a Gallente ship name than a Caldari; I hope it is not the final name). |

i wonder why the ferox has second best PG
well ferox is a hell of a ship
can jamm like a Blackbird, and fire like a caracal
in the right hands a team of those is deadly
same goes for the caldari destroyer
6light missles with a speed of 3500m/s are deafly for all frigs and all interceptors
think destoryers will end the domination of frigs for battles Wanna fly with me?

Well, with the current masses, the Caldari Destroyer can just about manage 400m/s with MWD and afterburners, so, in its current state, I doubt destroyers will be very effective.
The problem is it has about seven times the mass of a frigate, with only 55 MW of powergrid avaliable to it. They just don't have the power to move.
