I've been trying to save up for the tempest I finally got skilled for so I could participate in an op or at least have some PK fun. It seems like every time I spend a week to grind out around 50 mil I wind up getting fried by something unavoidable, spending it all on a new ship and then repeating the process. This was the second ship I've lost in empire space. I only came back to Empire space because I had already lost 2 more Hurricanes in Delve trying to rat. So what should I do now? I don't have nearly enough cash for a BS or even a BC... Mining bores the ** out of me and running missions is almost as bad. I'd really like to find a way to start ing off these PA pube-flossing Twilight-watching **birds, but right now I'm more interested in a shot of Jameson, a cigarette and a face to punch.

Next time you are in trouble, go to the alliance chat channel and say "help i am tackled in a belt/on a gate/in delve", and in seconds you will have a ton of responses with people offering you help and useful advice. Second, I suspect that you haven't installed jabber yet. You should have it open at all times. There is a handy group called "GF Directors", and the whole point of that is so that you, as a common "bee", can get a message back to the hive about this sort of thing. Our directors take aggression from empire pirates very seriously, since empire contains not just the sinews but the lifeblood of goonswarm, so open convos with each and cut-and-paste a reasonably (don't go mad) detailed account of what happened, along with a link to your lossmail so that you can be compensated. I usually find that Vio is the best person to nag for these things if you don't get an immediate response, but you'll pretty quickly find which director you get on with best.

Don't mission during wartimes, or drop corp to mission while in an NPC corp. 3. If you must mission, learn to make undocking bookmarks, it may just help you live a. Undock b. Start the MWD c. Fly in a straight line until your over 250km away from station d. Create bookmark, name it Undock from whatever family whatever the station name is there 4. When undocking (since it's a kickout station and you can't redock without burning back to station) warp directly to your bookmark I hope I made your troll heart happy. That **** is absolutely the worst. In EVE you need to spend isk to make isk and nowhere is this more obvious than in the first 100mil of a characters eve career.
