This has been an issue for me ever since i've started playing Eve more than a year ago. I've read forums from multiple computers/places/counties and it's always been the same story. Ever so often the browser stops responding, and takes a lot of time to load a page, sometimes by clicking the link several times page loads just fine. Is this a forum server problem, I'm assuming other people have this problem as well as it's definitely not related to my connection or settings. Any way to get around this?

Its slow as hell for me too, but it seems to be a periodic problem...
Sucks a bit though.

its the character page and the 3rd party programs made to access that data. Slows the forums to a crawl.
When ever they get truned off the forums are quick, when they are on its slow.
Apparentally its 'being worked on'
Seems the boards are fast now, and the page is up...
