I'm getting into cov ops soon and I was wondering, would it be possible to fit a scan probe launcher, cov ops cloak, and a cov ops cyno or whatever it is?
And how do the cov ops cynos work? Never did really figure that out.

Unless its the Helios, yes. You may need to get the Covert Ops skill up to 4 to fit it all on, but it should be possible.
Cov ops cynos are basically cynos that only black ops can jump to, but they have the advantage of having a much shorter duration and not appearing on other players overviews.

I'm going to be using the Cheetah, and I've already planned cov ops to 4 anyway. So thanks.
Only black ops as in the T2 Battleships? Or would that include other cov ops, Jump Freighters, Stealth Bombers, and such? If it's just the T2 battleships it doesn't seem worth it really.

Yes, only the t2 BS (black ops) can jump to a covert cyno. However, they can also create a "bridge" to a covert cyno that other covert ops vessels can jump through. So, you can have a black ops bridge to a cov cyno and have a bunch of stealth bombers and recons jump through, but if you aren't running around in a cov ops fleet, it isn't terribly useful.

The only dissapointment about cov ops cyno is that you can't open it in dead space.
