There is no actually reason to discuss this bug on forum...
From what I have seen in the past, bug reporting draws much less CCP attention than whining about it on the forums. Sadly, it gets stuff done.

My experience is opposite... Remember that Fix of ECM modules that caused MWD+Cloak don't work... There was 13 pages if whining about this on forum when it was on SiSi... And CCP found out all that whining only after they realeased that bug on TQ... And then they made a hotfix next day... So whining doesn't always help... Though i have many bug reports that are marked with "Fixed"... Though sometimes it takes months for CCP to fix some bugs...
