I haven't see any recent topics with this ship.
How do you use it properly, and in which gangs?
Also what are good fits?
With it's bonus to target painter and with SB equipped it looks like a nice support for sniper HAC gang.
Also it can hit around 5.5km/s speed with overheating which is very good.
Web boost is nice, web II overheated go up to 26km.

Survivability is the question only, since your only tank is speed and speed alone.
Even though hyena has sig radius decreased by level when you are using MWD it raises your sig so you are again easy target.
Looks like its most vulnerable to sniping, but on the other hand it can warp out - warp back in every time if piloted properly, but again 2000 ehp is scary
Also enemy drones can be quite a problem. Does moving 5.5 km/s gives you better survivability against drones? And ofc if you burn out of direction hostile will lose control over his drones relatively fast.
Nanofiber OD DCU --- mwd TP SB WEB --- 2x 280arties 1x what? (salvager/rr/cloak...) --- riggs ? - which ones would be useful?

I think this one will be a good one.
Including normal ingame skills (mix of lvl 4-5) and fleet bonuses, without implants
- overheated speed 5000 - Align time 2,7 / 3,9 - sig radius 44 - cap stable with mwd on - Targeting Range 102km - Target Painter hits up to 120km with 50% sig increase - With scan resolution on locking a frigate hull is 2,9 sec - 1400 EHP - lol :P
This all means that you can safely orbit the battle from big distance and target paint all you need. And 5km speed is fast enough to reach anything (stranglers, warpin...)

This is your first option, to lock the target 1.9second on a frigate hull, and hold them point them, TP them an web them, since the ship has such a high sca res you can also fit it for a specfic role.
One being 2 tps and and 1 web + mwd Another being 2 webs and 1tp + mwd or my personal favorte
Same as above but remove the tp for a sensor booster for lock speed 1.4 second lokc time on frigate hull with a 1500 scan res
