You will buy char without "neural remap". And atribut useful just for line: drones/industry.
That char can't be learn anything else. And author try to sell broken char.
Or you have neural remap?)

Broken? Please read the title again. Did you miss the part where it says drone specialist? If you were buying a drones specialist don't you think you would want it to have attributes that are useful for drones?
its capable of of running and salvaging level 4 missions for some nice ISK also has leadership 5 in case you want to bring some friends along.
Will accept B/O offer (sent you an eve mail) of 2.5 assuming you wanted a drone specialist with drone skills and attributes to match. If Techis's insightful post however made you feel the toon is broken feel free to recind your offer. I am not trying to trick anyone into buying something they don't want or need.
