Early this morning Onuoto Media was provided with data files that have allegedly come from the personal computer database of Seriphyn Inhonores, a Gallentean capsuleer-turned-politician currently campaigning for a parliament seat on Gallente Prime.
These files û which were provided by an informant who wished to remain anonymous û show that Mr. Inhonores has, over the course of nine months ranging from August to November of last year and March to August of this year, given over eighty-five million ISK to resistance cells on Caldari Prime.
These files show that Mr. Inhonores had an average of ten million ISK converted to local currency each month, which Mr. Inhonores then left in deadspace pockets around the Luminaire system. The information provided to Onuoto shows that these deadspace pockets were then visited by individuals identified in Mr. InhonoresÆ files as Luc Ontende and Jeanette Jardine.
Biographical dossiers on these two individuals were also found within the datafiles. Each dossier showed that the individual named was vocally pro-Federation in the wake of the StateÆs liberation of Caldari Prime, and both of of them had gone underground within two months of the Caldari invasion.
In addition to granting the resistance cells monetary funds, every other month Mr. Inhonores would personally buy and deliver several consignments of high-grade weapons to the deadspace pockets as well. A record of transactions between Mr. Inhonores and several arms-dealers shows that these weapons ranged from simple side-arms and assault weapons to military-grade sniper rifles and explosives.
Caldari Prime was liberated by State forces in June of last year, and there have been no officially sanctioned attacks on the planet by Gallentean forces since that time. A Scope report released in December of last year indicated that there was significant off-world support for the resistance cells on Caldari Prime, support which has come in the form of military-grade weapons systems that have been used to attack civilian targets on the surface.
Onuoto Media contacted Mr. InhonoresÆ campaign office prior to the release of this news story. No official statement could be given to us at the time we contacted them, but Mr. InhonoresÆ office would not deny the allegations, either.
