Petitions get you a reply from CCP, forum posts get you flames. How did that guy get into your corp in the first place? Why aren't you returning fire? Have you tried kicking him? Read the EULA for that. If this player is using game mechanics to avoid being punted from your corp (staying in space and moving so that he can't be probed down), then you MIGHT have a case - up to the GM's discretion. You'd still need to prove griefing though - as simply staying in space to prevent punting is not really considered a "exploit", from all accounts. 2) That "Crezy talk" is nothing more than Goonfleet RP - jihad talk and all. Congrats, you got suckered by a Goonie - now don't you feel special? Since this alt is in your corp, you DO know he's fair game to your corpmates, right? And if he's truly a one-day char, the biggest thing he can fly - maybe- is a dessie. Get some cheap cruisers together and camp his butt a hit - he'll think twice. Just be careful if Goonswarm then wardecs you - have a chat with their reps and explain the situation if they do. Not all of the Goons are batcrap crazy - it just helps a lot 3) Remember if you stay "holed up in station" you're doing EXACTLY what he wants - if you're spineless enough to let yourself get bullied by a one-day wonder you may want to reconsider playing a nonconsensual PvP game. Just soem things for you to consider...

I suggest you notify CCP about your CEO's absence so you can get the CEO replacement underway and boot this griefer.

He isn't insane - he's infiltrated your corporation within the game mechanics. He has to be dealt with by your corp within the game mechanics. Please don't waste the GM's time with this as they're busy enough. A petition will just waste their time replying that they can't do anything. I know it's harsh, but it's a lesson. The Goons, despite being totally rotten to the core, do teach people lessons. Having people who are this dedicated to ruining your day is actually good for teaching people to be careful.
