I'm wondering how i can check the amount of isks on one of my two accounts, which is actually deactivated.
I tried connecting to the "Eve Insider" but it doesn't accept my credentials (even though they work for the "my account" page). It doesn't work with EveMon either.
I need to know how many ISKs there's on this "Arkham Lerouge" account, as i'd like to by a GTC with isks, but don't know if there's enough (and if i send some isks from the other account, "Johnny Biboul" which is active, it might not be enough, and i won't be able to get them back if it's not enough to pay the GTC).
What are my options? Would it be possible that a GM tell me how much ISK there's on the "Arkham Lerouge" account? Or to allow me to connect to it for a few minutes (in that case i'll even be able to by a PLEX instead).

1) Never post your account name on the EVE-o forums.
2) Make a petition, and ask a GM.

It's not the account names, it's the characters names.

if youre unsure but GUESS some char might have enough isk. you could do a sell gtc thingy and try to accept (you can do that outside of the game)
it either says "done" or "not enough isk" :P

The thing is that i'm pretty sure there's not enough isk on the account, but i could send 300m isks from my other (active) account.
However, if there's still not enough isks (600m for a 60days GTC), i won't be able to reactivate the account, and i won't either be able to get the 300m back to the active account :(

Make a petition under billing and ask nicely for a 1 day reactivation to apply a plex.
have a plex ready contracted or so
if you dont put it to good use, gm will be unhappy and mark your account with "never activate again" :P
can take couple days

For the future you can try Evemon too.
The API should work even if the character is inactive (the informations about a inactive corpmate seemed up to date, never tried with one of mine) and EVEMON show the current isk on the account.
A potential way to check if the account is OK or if it has been hacked and someone is selling all your stuff too.

That feature was disabled at around the same time they killed "black training".
