Here we go!
I am 58m SP and specialize in HIC/DICs and command ships with ECM trained for scorps/falcons and am tengu-primed my wife is going to make me train for a hulk at some point  . Currently training for caps (Amarr or Caldari Carriers and Dreads) and I can pretty much fly anything Amarr or Caldari
My wife has around 50m SP and can fly guardian/basi/onieros/scimi for pvp as well as a hulk and she owns and flys a rorq + orca and builds T1 BS with good drone skills
My wife and I are returning to Eve after close to a full year away and we are looking for a sov nullsec corp/alliance that is preferably been in their space a while (i.e not renters) and the corp is established in the alliance as well. No preference to where it is as I have lived everywhere from Fountain to Dek to Delve to Drone Lands. Either the corp or alliance must have a ship replacement program when on approved roams/ops for more than T1 ships/mods and give us the opportunity to make some isk as we only have a few billion between us. Proper corp logistics are a must to jumping ships down to alliance territory. We have two children under two and we run our own business 80+ hours a week so if we log on only two times a week due to heavy workloads we donGÇÖt want to be hassled, RL first and always. Corp carriers and ships for ops are a plus.
What we donot want:
-Faction Warfare
-Lowsec/Highsec
-PVP 23/7 or GTFO corps
-Pets or Renters
-CTAs every 15 minutes
What we do want (for those who need a tl;dr)
-Sov nullsec alliances
-Established
-Corp ships/replacement programs for pvp ops
-The ability to make isk
-A corp ok with us being on anywhere between 5-15 hours a week.
-Alliance and corp help with Capital procurement a plus
-Proper corp and alliance logistics

First of all, welcome back to New Eden.
Secondly, you don't state a TZ preference, though our alliance covers primarily NA and Euro TZs.
Third, and most important, I think that you two would find Hephaestus LLC to be a suitable fit for what you want. Our corp is a new, but respected, member of the Get Off My Lawn alliance, itself a respected member of the CFC.
We live in Pure Blind, and have dependable logistical support.

Have you considered W-space?
Take a look at our corp description and see if we fit you. To sum it up in a few words, we live in a C4 with a Static C3, and PVP indiscriminately wherever we happen to pop out. Mostly US TZ. In the process of building asset bases and fledgling cap fleets in a couple key K-space locations.
