Hi all, possible a dumb question: what exactly are the 'stuff files' available in the patch download page? I first guessed that they must be components of the main autodownloaded patch...but then i saw some of these stuff files were over 100MB...I've never auto downloaded anything that big! What are they?

They are whole components of the Eve program (sounds, graphics, models, etc). You shouldn't need them unless you have a problem patching the program to the current version with the usual patching program.
As it says on the page where the 'stuff files' are located,
"These files can be downloaded when the patcher fails with a checksum error while patching the .stuff files.
Download the file needed, extract to your client folder overwriting the old file and apply the patch again"
