I was really disappointed with these guys. I paid them a goodly sum to attack my enemies, but all they did was basically run off with my money....
Oh, ok - they didn't leave me completely empty-handed: they did say "We'll say on the forums that you didn't pay us, contract us, or indeed have any kind of dealing with us".

Why do I need to work on my efficiency? I'm not the one advertising my alliance for mercenary work when it appears I have a one-in-three chance of my war targets kicking my ass!

Because you clearly feel efficiency is important in this game. If your so interested in our efficiency surely your own would be of greater interest?
We don't take easy contracts we know we can win without any challenge or enjoyment, we play to have fun boring isn't fun. if that gives us a lower efficiency than your happy with then so be it, our clients are more than happy with our performance and thats all that matters. |

As I said, your alliance is saying, "We're mercs, hire us!" while having 67% efficiency. Corporations with smaller pools have better efficiency rates, and as such would probably be hired before you were even considered.
No doubt, I'll get a, "Good, hire them then!", so I'll just ib4 it right now.

So...you take contracts that will probably ruin your efficiency, meaning you're incompetent in picking contracts and/or desperate. Another reason not to hire you.
