Have you considered, as an alternate lifestyle, pooling what money you might have left, and take a job as a Merchant Sailor?
I know a couple of people that due to the harshness of their society, poverty and other stuff took to crewing tugboats, Blue crab hunting ships, regular fishing boats and regular cargo ships that need 24 hour on site crews as they sail across the whole globe.
Requirements vary per ship/captain and nationality of port, but for instance, I know 2 guys that went blue crab hunting and after some trips made enough money to buy a small fishing boat of their own (with several near death experiences)
It's a tough work, deadly sometimes, but in a sense it's like going into the army in regards to mortality if you are deployed to the front, minus the guns, it pays well tho, and if you a bit desperate it's an option.
Also bear in mind that you can also come to live down here in Latinamerica or if you really want some quick money agree to marry a latinamerican man/woman to attain nationality, it's illegal but a choice nonetheless and I dunno about the legality of nationalization regarding same sex partners, but I know some guys down here that spent up to 20k USD to marry a U.S.A woman to get their green cards/nationalities etc.
If you decide to come down here, and have some couple hundres USD and decide to become a national, you can get deep into the Cuban based Venezuelan government sponsored indoctrination plans that work with the poor and they can give you benefits, like cheap housing/food, the bare essentials but better than nothing.
Also, you can become a national and try your luck in the jungle of evilness that is here and eke out a living. I can guarantee that if some people here live with less than 50$ a month and they eat well you can too.
If you are young, you can sell your body quite well down here too, and all I would have to do is point out to the newspapers here so you can phone them.
No, i'm not joking or trolling, being bluntly honest if you are desperate.
People that starve to death in LatinAmerica are people that don't know any better, and you being a guy that plays eve shows you at least get ideas coherently. It's common to see crazy psychotic people on the streets here or the open roads, food is easy to obtain in a tropical country.
Besides if you are blonde/fair skinned/tall and not overweight you can get certain jobs here easier too.
Politically speaking you can even ask for asylum in my country fleeing the Imperialistic "demonic" U.S.A if you really want to go that way too. My country is nuts and undergoing a socialist change, things are pretty shaky down here but you won't starve and will find a place to stay too. I have seen some "gringos" down here go "native" and some germans too, they kinda like the ruthlesness of the streets and the wild feeling of being here. It's evil down here, I repeat it, but for some, that feeling of wild chaotic existance seems to fit them.

You can also try going to other countries in latinamerica, like Brasil for instance and try you luck. Be a bum of the world, not the street. Cheap to come down here if you catch a boat as a crewmember.
