About the Lottery:
This lottery is different from all the other lotteries. This lottery gives a person the chance to win a list of supplies that will boost a corporation. The tickets for this lottery are 5 mil per ticket, no limit on amount of tickets purchased. There will be 5000 tickets available.
How the lottery will be run:
When 4800 to 5000 tickets sell the lottery will end. At this time all pilots will be entered into a database. Once the list is fully compiled I will tell the database to pick a pilot(number) at random. Purchasing tickets: To buy a ticket all you need to do is send 5,000,000 isk, or any multiple of, to vAs Crysis. In the reason box be sure to add the word " power ", it will need to be the exact spelling. Exp: 5mil, 10 mil, 100 mil. It is not my problem if you send the wrong amount, be sure to send an exact multiple any number that is not an exact multiple of 5,000,000 will be rounded down to the nearest multiple.
Items in lottery:
1 Jump Freighter: type will be determined by the winner.
1 Freighter: type will be determined by the winner.
7 Freight containers
3 Large Faction POS's
Fuel to run all 3 POS's for 30 days at 50% load.
3 Corp hanger bays, 3 corp. ship maintenance bays, 3 mobile labs, 3 Advance Labs.
3 Carrier BPO's: Chimera, Archon, Thanatos
3 Battleship BPO's: Raven, Armageddon, Megathron
4 Battle cruisers BPO's: Drake, Harbinger, Myrmidon, and Hurricane
6 Cruiser BPO's: Osprey, Thorax, Moa, Caracal, Vexor, Omen
The overall value of this is around 20 billion. All assets will be in Jita or Amarr local.
If you have sent the correct amount of isk and the correct reason your name will be added to a database for the drawing. Again, when 5000 tickets has been sold the winner will be drawn. For more info and immediate notification on tickets sold and winners you can join the mailing list , ô EVE POWERBALL ô. Also, if you are worried about this being a scam please remember if I scam you I get my accounts banned and I donÆt want that.
So what if you donÆt want the hassle of all this stuff:
If you chose not to accept the grand prize you will have the option of receiving an ISK sum. The sum will be 18 billion isk, I keep some because I am left will all this stuff and will have to make another lottery.

Also how is this being a scam a banable offence i thought you can only get banned for scamming with GTC and Character sales

Nice lottery! I like the change up.
Unfortunately the prize pool is just too large to not have it 3rd party secured for me to buy any amount of tickets in volume... even though I will buy some still :p
I will ask that you confirm that the reason " power " contains the spaces as you have it shown, this has caused problems in other lotteries and should be there exactly as you want it.
Also are you using some kind of api based app to keep track of tickets, if so, may we have some form of access to confirm our tickets?

Any other kind of scamming is allowed hence why people use a 3rd party service
Only reason i bring this up is because you are the ceo of a 3 man corp
you have no posting history on the forums before this lottery
all you need to do is Have a 3rd party i.e Chribba or Darknesss hold the items until the lottery is complete
