Dear CCP,
Your CONCORD warning that you give to players who are going to shoot someone in high sec is broken. If two ppl are dueling it out in high sec the one who takes the can should be able to immediately return fire upon being aggressed, not get a CONCORD warning that must be shut off before you can return fire; Even if you can just click "ok" on it and it goes away it is still a broken mechanic that does not fairly balance pvp.
Also an option disable all the other warnings you get on a fresh client or some cache reset for shooting ppl eslewhere that you have to check "do not show again" would be much appreciated; These are unnecessary to anyone semi-experienced

Why don't you just check the "never warn me about this again" checkbox? That's what it's there for. Yes, you do have to check it, but it's really not that big a deal to do so.

as far as i know you still get it on a fresh install or something with resetting cache

I did read the OP. It's still only about a dozen popups that will only happen once if you tell them not to come back. Mildly inconvenient, but really not that big a deal unless you're re-installing every month or two for some weird reason. |

It would still do no harm to have a feature to never see those popups again no matter what.
Also there is still the CONCORD warning you get for trying to shoot at ppl for high sec of which dosnt have any "do not show again option" and causes you to lose about 1 second in a duel for w/e takes the can as you cant fight back even while being shot at. |
