Those of you with good memories will remember that I used to run lotteries for faction battleships, and hopefully I'm going to return to providing a lottery service again.

This character is an alt of "Dark Flare", I'm doing this with an alt to keep the money separate, to make sure no confusion can take place and that everyone's money is safe.
The Ship
The ship is a Loki. It is the Minmatar Tech 3 Cruiser. The winner of the lottery will be allowed to choose which subsystems he/she wants for the ship.
Second Prize
Second prize in the lottery is a Vexor Navy Issue, and free entry to my next lottery.
Why two prizes?
So you have twice the chance of winning of course!
How is this lottery going to work?
Much like many of the other lotteries on EVE-O, this lottery will be done off the bonus ball on the UK Lottery. As such, 49 tickets will be on sale. The draw will be the first main lottery draw done at least one day after I confirm the last ticket is sold. This is to ensure there can be no claims of cheating if the ticket is bought late in the day. If all the tickets have not sold within 2 weeks of this post, all cash will be refunded.
Second prize will be the bonus ball of the lottery after the first prize draw. So, if the draw for first prize is on Saturday, it'll be the Wednesday after. If it's Wednesday, it'll be the Saturday after.

Ticket price is 25million ISK per ticket. There is no restriction on the number of tickets one person can buy, so if you want to buy a few to up your odds, feel free!
Cash MUST be sent to "PerfectFool", and please include the ticket number(s) you are buying on the "reason" box for sending the cash.
