I have tried my best to dip into most of the industrial skills, even a bit into invention (avoiding PVP skills also). With some good standings this character will also be able to use several research agents, allowing you to make a fair amount of iskies through datacores 
The only assets that come with this character is a couple of ships and T2 component BPO's along with a cyclone, omen, thrasher and stabber BPO's. (Some reseached, but not all)
