I hate drama but this is unacceptable.
How would any woman feel if you took a random candid photo of them and just put it online? Let alone a woman in a awkward situation where she made a simple mistake. How about if you were some kind of high status person with a immediate following.
Doesn't this Seleene person know anything about women or care about how they feel? I'm sorry but that's just wrong, if that happened you take a pic of your buddy getting beer spilled on him, not some woman doing her job.
I voted for Mittens, say what you want about the guy but he had class and cleaned up his mess - I didn't vote for this guy - he has some cool articles but now I have no respect for this kid.
I expect for him to delete that photo, apologize to everyone through his twitter account and go back to that bar and look her in the eye and apologize for what he did. Man up.

Whilst I agree with you that Selene has commited what is possibly the worst of crimes, I can only deplore your soft-headed "punishment" proposal, which is practically tantamount to condoning this dreadful deed. The only possible step is to have Selene burned at the stake.
You, as an obvious "fellow traveller" will be let off with a mere scalding by a MacDonalds coffee.
Malcanis' Law: Any proposal justified on the basis that "it will benefit new players" is invariably to the greater advantage of older, richer players.
