Do the Thukker still give missions involving killing Federation ships ? I know they did at one point. If so are there many ?
I want to run some Thukker missions but not if I have to turn a large number down to avoid ruinning my fed standings completely.

I just started running for Thukker Mix an hour ago :) Ist 2 missions were Angel, I will keep you posted.

Thanks - I have run a few myself and not seen any against fed yet but a year or so back when I ran some on another character there were several - I am hoping they are gone now.

With the current standings matrix, you'd be ruining standings with 13 factions while only getting standings with the minnies, even if you don't kill anything.
Why run missions for them at all?

Nope ..... lots vs. Serpentis and Angels, plus other pirate factions, Ammatar and standard Mercs, Mordus etc ....

Some of the Thukker mods are nifty - and Nomad implants sell at extortionate prices. I'm sticking w. couriers and declining Importants, plus disseminating anti-republican propaganda in the stations :)

Thukker derived standings were changed a couple of expansions ago, I will try to find a reference to it.
Reason to run Thukker missions is The Large shield extenders available from the LP store, they sell for 150 mill each and cost peanuts, they have a 20% sig penalty vs 25% for T2, this adds up if you are fitting 4 on a Lvl V passive tanker. Especially if its a Tengu or Onyx/broadsword with an already low sig.

Because it suits a character I am trying to develop - I am one of those funny RP people at heart and why my character does things is important too me. More so than what mods I can get. A characters behaviour has make sense or I end up unhappy playing them.
Being willing to lose a little standing with the Gallente for flying Thukker missions can be taken care of with diplomacy and explained by not liking authortiy and governments much. Lots of people are happy to work for organisations there governments disapprove of. Firing on gallente ships or flying for the Thukker if they are actively hostile to the fed smacks a little too much of outright treason.

Bear in mind that the forthcoming patch will introduce republic fleet shield extenders in the minnie facwar LP store; these have the same fitting requirements as T2/thukker extenders, but an even smaller sig radius penalty (25m^2 for T2, 20m^2 for thukker, 18.75m^2 for republic fleet). There will also be facwar power diagnostic systems and mapcs iirc, so the value of those thukker items will probably crash...

Aah yes that slipped my mind, I don't "Do" FW so I will have to buy these new ones when available, they are going to cost heaps tho I guess.
I will persevere with Thukker if only to raise my standings a bit.
Just checked my current Lp's Lol! I have 116, will take a while to get enough for even 1 extender.

thukker missions have become very sad, they are now just like all other minnie agent missions: VS. pirate factions and amarr/caldari. Used to be vs. pretty much anyone, including DED.
Predictable result; LP value dropping like stone, Nomad set now nearing 4b vs. an easy 5+ of more interesting times. So have at it!

Went from lvl 1 agent to a lvl 3 today, over 4 standing with connections skill, so happy with the days grind.
No anti faction missions at all, Mostly Angel, with a few Blood and Sansha, plus the usual Drones and Mercs.
No Gallente or Minmatar standing drop from normal missions but took a Gallente hit from a storyline, dropped me from 9.99 to 9.98
