You are not giving enough info, PVP is just too broad a definition do you fly support at all ? which ships do you prefer using etc. In anycase I would go for:
Cybernetics V for those sexy slave implants
Drone Sharpshooting IV
Targeting V to open up for multitasking and the relevant shield / armor / energy skills to IV to fly logi's more efficiently
Bomb deployment IV because I LOVE void !
and a multitude of spaceship command/gunnery if interested in flying more ships or using more weapon types etc.
That should be enough for at least a while!

Electronic warfare drone interfacing 4, gives more drone control range and allows use of e-war drones (ecm drones work great)
Sentry drone interfacing V for t2 sentries
Energy emission systems V for reduced cap use on neuts
Repair systems V, used rigging skills to 4
Nanite Interfacing and Nanite Operation 4 for using repair paste effectively
High-speed manuevering 5 is good for minmatar as you use the mwd a lot
Biology, Nanite Control and Neurotoxin recovery 4 for using drugs
Thermodynamics 4/5 for longer overheating
Cybernetics 5 if you are interested in using good implants
Subsystem skills to 5
Gallente frig/cr/bs perhaps 5 for using Angel ships perfectly, if you train up hybrids you have the daredevil/vigilant/vindi as well
Those are in no particular order, just some things I noticed.

I was gonna try and give you some advice, but the 2 posters above me already gave you some good advice. Only other thing I was thinking of, was maybe training all 4 racial firgates and cruisers to V to give you a wide variety of ships availble to you since this unlocks all ships up to command ships. You'd then need to train up all appropriate weapon skills as well, which should keep you busy for a little while yet.
oh and thermodynamics V is a must have for pvp |
