I was talking to someone in Noir, and elaborating how I wanted to wardec mission running corps in hopes of griefing noobs; he pointed me towards TEARS. I'm not sure if Tears is the right fit; most of the players are very, very new...and while stealing loot from mission runners and taunting them is fun, I want it to be a means to an end, where the end is ganking mission runners, not actually an end in itself. As for where you can find good non-vocal tracks....I generally pay vast sums of ISK for people to find them for me.
