pretty bad tbh. fit a DC II instead of one of the HSs. You MUST have a mwd for this ship in order to take advantage of laser range. An active tank isn't going to be nearly as effective as a buffer either, so fit some LSEs and make those rigs CDFEs. Actually the only way I would recommend shield boosting it is by blowing a bunch of isk on a medium booster, deadspace or the like... that gives you a massive tank.

i dont feel the need for any faction fittings really, i do carry an microwave for the extra traking over scorch but i rarely use it,it is pretty cap booster intensive but im usually alright, my favorite ship atm been flying it a while with much sucses, i use the same fit for large hac gangs and solo
