welll here's how the story goes was in my tristan with my mission running setup on I had just arrived at a mission bm when out of nowhere a rupture flown by clowhammer comes in locks me warp jams me fires cruises missles killing my ship and podding me, then the truely hilarious part is he asks for ransom after he pods me.
Me seeing the cruise missles coming go ahead and return fire with whatever I had which where a couple of 150mm rails and a standard missle launcher loaded with blodclaw light missles. I'm not whinging I got caught with my pants down but aren't you only supposed too fire after they refuse your ransom. Lucky for me I had an upto date clone. And lesson learned always carry a smart bomb it can mean the difference between life and death smart bomb and defenders would be even better.

*****en firstly wlecom to eve Podding means your capsule (egg) gets blown up, ships are insured so pirate raerly bother insuring them, but many pilots have implants in the head which arnt insured and are lost if you get podded ( your capsule destroyed).

As far as I can remember, camping agent bms became a bannable offense a while ago. Has that changed?

if it was a cruise missile from a rupture.. petition it under exploit... the gm's posted awhile back using pre-patch ships with cruise missiles is an exploit and people using them will be warned or banned.

GMs rarely do that, and i can only think of one time that it happened atm.Definately not regarding this issue.

I recommend that you do not use it since pre-patch fitted ships are now considered a exploit.
copied from another post someone else made about wanting to buy a pre-patch cruiser.
